We invite our clients to return once every two weeks for food. This allows us to build a rapport, to demonstrate the love of Jesus through heartfelt care, and to build bridges to spread the gospel.
Our primary desire is to nourish souls.
Occasionally, our staff of church volunteers is supplemented with nonviolent detainees coming out of the criminal justice system, clients who desire a time of mentoring and encouragement, and/or an occasional homeless man or lady. The interaction between volunteers of widely varied backgrounds has resulted in deeper walks of faith on both sides.
